The Interpretation for Children Workshop is a 16-hour (2-day) programme that focuses on implementing quality standards of heritage interpretation into programmes for children.
The following topics will be covered in the workshop:
- The way we learn
- What are the advantages and drawbacks of knowing the age group for which we are working?
- Children’s interpretation guidelines
- Heritage interpretation quality standards
- Toolbox of activities and how to use them
- The planning process
Who is it for?
This workshop is intended for professionals who plan and lead activities for children at heritage sites, as well as those who are interested in the subject.
Programme
The programme will run from approximately 9:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m. on both days. There will be a one-hour break for lunch.

The workshop costs 120 euros.
Participants are required to pay a fee via bank transfer at least 5 days before the workshop begins. After you apply, you will learn more about the payment. Because the organiser is not included in the VAT system, the price of 120 € is final.
Cancellation
Due to force majeure, the organiser may cancel the workshop (health issues, etc.). All fees that have been paid will be refunded as quickly as possible. Participants are asked to notify the organiser as soon as possible if they will be unable to attend the workshop.
